To the already numerous developments of hyperproteic bars we incorporated an innovation: the hyperproteic cookie. Thanks to a mixture of special proteins and a baking process we obtained a new type of texture with the advantage of it keeping organoleptically intact all through its life cycle.
The continuous demands of the market of “clean label” products led us to develop bars of the type 1 bar=1 piece of fruit kind. Fully natural, without preservatives or colourants. Moreover, their life cycle spans for more than half a year.
We created a new concept in meal replacement bars. Up until that moment the concept was 1 meal is replaced by 2 bars. After a big effort, we managed to modify the organoleptic structure to develop a crunchier bar which, weighing less, has the effect 1 meal is replaced by 1 bar.
We develop a hyperproteic gel with a 70% of collagen. Moreover it can be directly consumed in a comfortable and easy manner, with much advantage for the consumers.
Our catalogue of powdered products (shakes, soups, tortillas, creams, …) gets bigger with a new development as a result of a long research through which we have obtained textures similar to meat from the reconstruction through water for hyperproteic and meal replacement products.
We took a step forward in our laxative products made of fruit and plant extracts by developing the first gel with a lactulose base. This synthetic monosaccharide made of fructose and galactose has proved to be a natural laxative product with excellent performance.
