We continue to revolutionise sports nutrition: Plant-based protein hydrolysates
Moreno Ruiz Hermanos S.L. is pleased to announce that we are developing a research project which, in a basic way, consists of the design and evaluation of new ingredients applied to sports nutrition based on vegetable protein hydrolysates.
The main objective of this project is the formulation of a functional food (food preparation) aimed at sportsmen and women based on vegetable protein hydrolysates in two different matrices: gel and powder.
The project is currently under development and is expected to be completed in 2022. Its execution will involve an investment of approximately 475,000 euros and, in addition, it has been developed with the help of the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) of the Ministry of Industry, Economy and Competitiveness, and co-financed by the European Union (ERDF Funds) through the Spanish Multi-regional Operational Programme (2014-2020).
